I run an Executive Search business specialising in Telecom, Digital Media and Technology markets. We work at a strategic level with clients across Europe, North America and Asia and help them to source senior management and leadership talent to drive their businesses.

Our client base covers network operators, equipment vendors, IT businesses and consultancies, enterprise software, internet technologies, applications, services, media, content and enabling technologies. We work with global businesses and high growth SME's and we have a particular expertise in C level and Non Executive assignments with start ups. We have a particuarly strong network of talent in all major continental European markets as well as the UK.

All of our consultants have a background from the client side of the industry (both line management and HR). We believe that this gives us an intimate understanding of the market, candidate networks and the frustration of finding quality candidates.
