Paulette Rao MCC is a leadership coach, mentor coach, speaker, trainer, and marketing expert.

Paulette is the principal of True North Resources, her coaching and consulting firm where she helps executives and entrepreneurs advance their leadership skills. Her coaching is founded on her twenty-eight years experience as a senior leader and marketing expert. As managing director for Marsh, the world’s largest risk services firm, she was one of their top one hundred women.

As a Master Certified Coach, Paulette works with leaders, executives, independent contributors, entrepreneurs and teams who want to accelerate their effectiveness and sustain organizational vitality—optimize leadership performance. She identifies and builds on existing competencies to create a bridge toward desired personal and professional outcomes and corporate strategic goals. While her work is guided by focus on results, it’s Paulette’s passionate style and presence that truly resonates with her clients. In addition to her private coaching clients she also works on behalf of The Ken Blanchard companies.

Paulette created Conscious Coaching Institute to train and develop coaches. Her OneSource™: ICF Credentialing Made Easy mentor coaching program fully supports the coach who is pursuing an ICF credential. Credentialing candidates build coaching skills, further develop in the core competencies and are superbly positioned to pass the credentialing exam with presence and confidence.

Through Conscious Marketing™: Marketing From The Inside Out, she assists coaches and consultants gain the clarity and confidence needed to create compelling marketing messages and plans that attract the people they most want to work with, resulting in a sustainable practice.

Paulette is also a lead trainer for Results Coaching Systems, a leading coach-training organization specializing in bringing the benefits of a brain-based coaching approach into corporate settings to develop talent and improve performance and leadership.

Paulette holds her Bachelor of Arts in Education. She also holds several certifications: Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation; Advanced Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; Neuroscience-based coaching through Results Coaching Systems; Ken Blanchard certified coach; Executive and Organizational Coach from New York University where she is now adjunct faculty in the professional coaching certificate program.
