Presently I am working with Ecotech Rotor International Co., Ltd, at Guangzhou, China. Prior to Ecotech, I have 3 years work experience in Easy Wind International, Hong Kong (Ekooltek cooling Pad), and now merged with “Kerulai” brand and Over 10 years experience at R&D department of Bry Air’s Rotor division (now Desiccant Rotor International (DRI), Pahwa group).

Company Profile: This is Chinese owned new company of HVAC professionals. Now company has good market share of Desiccant Rotor with developing Heat Recovery business with manufacturing in China and marketing nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities;
Joined as Project Head, Desiccant Rotor and Heat Recovery Rotor/Wheel facilities, technology development and manufacturing facility and now working as International Marketing Manager

• Designed, Developed and commissioned new factory for Desiccant Rotor, Enthalpy Heat Recovery Rotor.
• After designing and developing in-house manufacturing facilities, I started International Marketing of this product from one year.

Major achievements:

• Developed better technology and production facility for Desiccant Rotor & Heat Recovery updating knowledge of application and marketing of export business.
• Presently working on ARI and Euro vent certification and testing facility development targeting major technology development for Patenting potential.

Responsibilities;
Joined as Project Head, Cooling Pad development, and left as International Marketing Manager

• Designed, Developed and commissioned new factory for Evaporative Cooling Pad manufacturing. After designing and developing in-house manufacturing facilities for PAD, I started International Marketing of this product as brand name “Ekooltec” Pad.

Major achievements:
• Developed mass production facilities of cooling pad.
• Developed international customer for cooling pad.
• Visited UAE (Dubai), Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, India for marketing and International Exhibition participation. Learned International marketing and export business.

Company profile: The Company, a Pahwa Enterprises company, is an ISO9001 & ISO14001 company engaged in manufacturing De-humidifiers, plastic auxiliaries, dryers, energy recovery heat pipes etc. in technical collaboration with Bry Air Inc. USA. The manufacturing unit at India is equipped with modern manufacturing facilities including CNC Punch, CNC power press for sheet metal, powder coating infrastructure, CAD aided engineering, and Govt. recognized R&D lab and over 150 skilled personnel.

Responsibilities;
• Headed the Research & Development department with three engineers & chemists.
• Identifying patents in relevant field to initiate indigenization and import substitution technology.
• Designing and developing in-house manufacturing facilities for products based on latest technology in dehumidification, Rotor manufacturing, Cooling pad production techniques
• Regularly updating the existing production facilities and imbibing new processes based on R&D cell activities.

Major achievements:
• Designed, developed and commissioned India’s FIRST in-house manufacturing facilities for substituting imports of Desiccant Rotors, Evaporative cooling pads and Heat recovery wheels at Desiccant Rotor International Pvt Ltd. (DRI) a group company of Bry Air, Pahwa group.

Company profile: The World’s leading manufacturer of Soft Drink concentrates and syrups.

Responsibilities were:
• As a Production Impact Team member, involved in providing hands-on support for ensuring optimum production efficiency at minimum costs.
• Handled pre-visit planning, in-plant evaluation activities.
• Addressed and resolved issues ensuring minimum production losses.

Major achievements:
• Solved packaging problems at carton box shrinkage at plant storage during summer season by analyzing and controlling (Moisture Barrier) moisture content in carton box at different place as vendor, coca plant storage at different time & temp intervals.
• Learned full process line system and technology related to CAN Bottle SOFT DRINK manufacturing.

Responsibilities were;
• Handled product design and development related with Plastic Dryer and research initiation on Desiccant rotor.

Major achievements:

• Developed and productionised Plastic Dryer equipment in 5 models.
• Developed prototype SPM machine for special process line (Desiccant Rotor Manufacturing) comprising equipment from Corrugation Plants, Printing Machine, Paper manufacture and Chemical equipment.
• Design and Developed fully automated production line machine updating from previous R&D prototype machine.

Company profile: Manufacturer of Offset and web-offset printing machine.

Responsibilities were:

• Involved in developing and designing components, tools, jigs and fixtures in the R&D department for the Baby Offset Printing Machine.

Major achievements:

• . Developed the Baby Offset Printing machine.
• . Identified reliable vendors for sourcing machine, sheet metal and electrical components.

Overseas Travel;

Visited Shinnihon Thermolung Co., Japan to gather technical know-how on world-class manufacturing practices as part of the Technology Transfer Project at Bry Air (Asia). Visited Japan, Sweden, Indonesia, Vietnam, UAE, China, Hong Kong, Thailand etc for marketing and exhibitions.

Computer Skills: Learned and worked on Pro-Engineer, Ansys, AutoCAD, Solid Edge mechanical engineering design software.
